Cornwall Anti-Bullying and Harassment Service Consortium
The CABHSC is a group of two voluntary-sector agencies who have come together to provide a co-ordinated anti-bullying service across Cornwall’s schools, funded under contract by Cornwall Council. These organisations are:
- Victim Support in Cornwall
- Young People Cornwall (Fusion anti-racism project)
The Consortium chief executives meet regularly to review the service, and they have quarterly monitoring and assessment meetings with representatives of the Council’s Children Young People’s and Families service.
In addition, there is an advisory group who meet to help the CABHSC ensure that we are doing all we can to meet the needs of young people, schools and families in the County. The advisory group is focused on consultation of young people in Cornwall, and includes professionals from the following organisations:
- Cornwall Association of Primary Heads (CAPH)
- Cornwall Association of Secondary Heads (CASH)
- Healthy Schools
- Cornwall Council Equality and Diversity Team
- Cornwall Council Behaviour Support Service
- Richard Lander School
- Connexions
- Youth Cornwall
